I lived in Perth, Western Australia for over three years, and was fortunate enough to visit these lovely guys on Rottnest Island! Quokkas are cute little critters who love to get close to humans and are always willing to grab a selfie with you! I wanted to capture their playful, trusting nature in this painting.
